Property Market UpdateCurrent government advice allows estate and letting agents to continue conducting business, but within safety guidelines. Activities involving home moves are permitted, such as viewings and valuations. All clients will be expected to wear face coverings and to sanitise hands before entering a property. Time is limited indoors with all extended conversations conducted outside. Numbers visiting are limited and must be from a single household only.

Where possible we guide our clients to view properties via a virtual video link, such as whatsapp and facetime, or watch our professional video tours narrated by our own staff.
Our office will remain closed to the public until further notice.
We have reduced staff numbers in our office, a majority of staff are working remotely. Our customers will continue to receive the great customer service as always, calls and emails being answered promptly during our usual opening hours.
